Kimberly M. Haskell

Kimberly M. Haskell is a litigation associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago office. Kimberly’s practice focuses on premises liability and product liability. Kimberly represents large retail clients in state and federal court.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Kimberly practiced a variety of areas of law, including medical malpractice defense, asbestos litigation, personal injury defense and family law.

Kimberly is admitted to practice in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in History and Political Science from Villanova University in 2005.

Kimberly earned her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2009. While in law school, Kimberly served as Senior Research Assistant for Professor John F. Decker and as an intern with the Illinois Office of the State Appellate Defender.
